Hancock SBFDC was established in 1983 as a private non-profit corporation to assist the people of California. Hancock provides a variety of services including financial assistance and loan capital to the small business owners of Southern California. Our goal is to promote the development of our communities by creating economic opportunities for all its members. By assisting the development and creation of small businesses, we wish to create avenues of employment, opportunities, financial growth and stability to the communities of Southern California.
